AMENDMENT DESCRIPTION:
Amendment sought to prohibit the use of funds appropriated in the bill for any acquisition program (except under the appropriation for National Guard and Reserve Equipment) if there is no documented military requirement for the acquistion under established Department of Defense procedures and the proposed acquisition has a cost-per-job-created greater than $100,000.
AMENDMENT PURPOSE:
