AMENDMENT DESCRIPTION:
Amendment prohibits the use of federal funds to any state or local educational agency or school that discriminates against the Boy Scouts of America in providing equal access to school premises or facilities.
AMENDMENT PURPOSE:
An amendment numbered 24 printed in House Report 107-69 prohibits the use of federal funds by any state or local educational agency or school that discriminates against the Boy Scouts of America in providing equal access to school premises or facilities.
