To amend the Rules of the House of Representatives to require the public
disclosure on a weekly basis of the names of all Members who have signed a
discharge petition filed with the Clerk.

which was referred to the Committee on Rules
RESOLUTION
To amend the Rules of the House of Representatives to require the public
disclosure on a weekly basis of the names of all Members who have signed a
discharge petition filed with the Clerk.
  Resolved, That rule XXVII of the Rules of the House of Representatives
  is amended in the following way: In clause 4, after the third sentence,
  insert the following: `The Clerk shall cause to be printed in a separate
  section of the Congressional Record on the first legislative day of each
  week after a motion to discharge has been filed: (a) a copy of the motion;
  (b) the name of the Member filing the motion; and (c) a list of all Members
  who have signed such motion as of the last legislative day of the preceding
  week in which the House was in session.'.
