Impeaching Robert F. Collins, judge of the United States District Court 
for the Eastern District of Louisiana, for bribery and high crimes and 
                             misdemeanors.

    Resolved, That Robert F. Collins, judge of the United States 
District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, is impeached for 
bribery and high crimes and misdemeanors.
