                               RESOLUTION


 
Waiving points of order against the conference report to accompany the 
bill (H.R. 2491) making appropriations for the Departments of Veterans 
 Affairs and Housing and Urban Development, and for sundry independent 
agencies, boards, commissions, corporations, and offices for the fiscal 
        year ending September 30, 1994, and for other purposes.

    Resolved, That upon adoption of this resolution it shall be in 
order to consider the conference report and amendments reported from 
conference in disagreement on the bill (H.R. 2491) making 
appropriations for the Departments of Veterans Affairs and Housing and 
Urban Development, and for sundry independent agencies, boards, 
commissions, corporations, and offices for the fiscal year ending 
September 30, 1994, and for other purposes. All points of order against 
the conference report and against its consideration are waived. The 
conference report, amendments in disagreement, and motions printed in 
the joint explanatory statement of the committee of conference to 
dispose of amendments in disagreement shall be considered as read.
