To authorize the certificate of documentation for the vessel Da Warrior 
 (State of Hawaii registration number HA 161 CP) to be endorsed with a 
                          fishery endorsement.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. FISHERY ENDORSEMENT.

    In addition to the documentation and coastwise endorsement 
authorized for the vessel Da Warrior (State of Hawaii registration 
number HA 161 CP) by section 308(a)(3) of Public Law 101-225, approved 
December 12, 1989, the Secretary of Transportation, notwithstanding 
section 12108 of title 46, United States Code, may issue, in connection 
with such documentation, a fishery endorsement.
