To direct the Secretary of the Army to complete work for the protection 
   of Point Chehalis as part of the operation and maintenance of the 
  project for navigation, Grays Harbor and Chehalis River, Washington.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. GRAYS HARBOR AND CHEHALIS RIVER, WASHINGTON.

    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, as part of the 
operation and maintenance of the project for navigation, Grays Harbor 
and Chehalis River, Washington, authorized by the River and Harbor Act 
of 1948 (62 Stat. 1173), the Secretary of the Army shall complete work 
for the protection of Point Chehalis by extension of the existing 
revetment or by other methods determined by the Secretary to be in the 
public interest.
