 To terminate certain entitlements of former Speakers of the House of 
                            Representatives.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Former Speakers Privilege Reform Act 
of 1995''.

SEC. 2. TERMINATION OF CERTAIN ENTITLEMENTS OF FORMER SPEAKERS OF HOUSE 
              OF REPRESENTATIVES.

    House Resolution 1238, Ninety-first Congress, agreed to December 
22, 1970 (as enacted into permanent law by chapter VIII of the 
Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1971, and supplemented by the Act 
entitled ``An Act relating to former Speakers of the House of 
Representatives'' (88 Stat. 1723)) (2 U.S.C. 31b-1 et seq.) is 
repealed.
