Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Former Speakers Privilege Reform Act of 1995''. SEC. 2. TERMINATION OF CERTAIN ENTITLEMENTS OF FORMER SPEAKERS OF HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. House Resolution 1238, Ninety-first Congress, agreed to December 22, 1970 (as enacted into permanent law by chapter VIII of the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1971, and supplemented by the Act entitled ``An Act relating to former Speakers of the House of Representatives'' (88 Stat. 1723)) (2 U.S.C. 31b-1 et seq.) is repealed. <all>
