                  ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, MARCH 22, 1995

  Mr. McCAIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it stand in recess until the hour 
of 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 22, 1995; that following the prayer, 
the Journal of the proceedings be deemed approved to date, the time for 
the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; that the 
Senate then immediately resume consideration of S. 4, the line-item 
veto bill, and further, that at that time Senator Thomas be recognized 
to speak and manage up to 60 minutes.
