cosponsors of S. 490, a bill to amend the Clean Air Act to exempt 
agriculture-related facilities from certain permitting requirements, 
and for other purposes.


                                 S. 505

  At the request of Mr. Harkin, the name of the Senator from Iowa [Mr. 
Grassley] was added as a cosponsor of S. 505, a bill to direct the 
Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency not to act under 
section 6 of the Toxic Substances Control Act to prohibit the 
manufacturing, processing, or distribution of certain fishing sinkers 
or lures.
