  Mr. Lazio introduced the following bill; which was referred to the 
 Committee on Government Reform, and in addition to the Committees on 
     Commerce, and Armed Services, for a period to be subsequently 
   determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
 provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

               To extend the Stamp Out Breast Cancer Act.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Breast Cancer Research Stamp 
Reauthorization Act of 2000''.

SEC. 2. BREAST CANCER STAMP EXTENSION.

    Section 414(g) of title 39, United States Code, is amended to read 
as follows:
    ``(g) This section shall cease to be effective after July 29, 2002, 
or the end of the 2-year period beginning on the date of enactment of 
the Breast Cancer Research Stamp Reauthorization Act of 2000, whichever 
is later.''.
