  Mr. LOTT. Mr. President, I extend my appreciation to Dr. Tom Tewell. 
I understand he is from the Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church in New 
York City, and he is a friend of the Chaplain. A friend of the Chaplain 
is a friend of us all.
