  LEONARD HORN FEDERAL RANGE LIVESTOCKMAN OF THE YEAR, THE IRBY FAMILY

  Mr. McINNIS. Mr. Speaker, I would like to take a moment to recognize 
the Leonard Horn Federal Range Livestockman of the Year Award winner, 
the Irby family of Gunnison, Colorado.
  This award is presented by the Colorado Cattlemen's Association and 
recognizes individuals who graze livestock on Federal land and practice 
exceptional range, soil, water and wildlife management. James Dawson, 
District Ranger with the U.S. Forest Service, commended the Irby's for 
their cooperation in maintaining and improving range areas.
  The Irby family includes: Bob and Irene Irby, Stan and Bonnie Irby, 
and Dale and Wendy Irby.
  It is with this, Mr. Speaker, that I would like to extend my 
congratulations to the Irby family and thank them for their hard work.
