DESIGNATING WILSON CREEK AS A COMPONENT OF THE NATIONAL WILD AND SCENIC 
                             RIVERS SYSTEM

  Mr. SMITH of Oregon. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Senate now proceed to the following bill, Calendar No. 638, H.R. 1749.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 1749) to designate Wilson Creek in Avery and 
     Caldwell Counties, North Carolina, as a component of the 
     National Wild and Scenic Rivers System.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.

committee amendments be agreed to, where appropriate, the bill be read 
the third time and passed, any title amendments be agreed to, as

       A bill (S. 610) to direct the Secretary of the Interior to 
     convey certain lands under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of 
     Land Management in Washakie County and Big Horn County, 
     Wyoming, to the Westside Irrigation District, Wyoming, and 
     for other purposes.
       A bill (S. 2279) to authorize the addition of land to 
     Sequoia National Park, and for other purposes.
