                         CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

    Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), 
That the conference report to accompany H.R. 3295 be considered to have 
resolved all disagreements between the two Houses thereon as proposed 
by the House of Representatives, which acted first on the conference 
report.
