      HONORING THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STANDARDS AND TECHNOLOGY

  Mr. BENNETT. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of H. Con. Res. 27 just received 
from the House.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the concurrent 
resolution by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 27) honoring the 
     National Institute of Standards and Technology and its 
     employees for 100 years of service to the Nation.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
concurrent resolution.
  Mr. BENNETT. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
concurrent resolution and the preamble be agreed to en bloc, the motion 
to reconsider be laid upon the table, with no intervening action.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 27) was agreed to.
