                  ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2003

  Mr. FRIST. In that regard, Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent 
that when the Senate completes its business today, it stand in 
adjournment until 4 p.m. Tuesday, February 4; I further ask consent 
that on Tuesday, following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be 
deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the 
time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, 
and that there then be a period of morning business until 6 p.m., with 
the time equally divided between the two leaders or their designees.

  Without objection, it is so ordered.
