Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. EFFECTIVE DATE FOR PAID-UP COVERAGE UNDER SURVIVOR BENEFIT PLAN. Section 1452(j) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking ``October 1, 2008'' and inserting ``October 1, 2005''. <all>
