  A PROCLAMATION HONORING PAUL JOHNSON AND CHARLOTTE JOHNSON ON THEIR 
                             80TH BIRTHDAYS

  Mr. NEY. Mr. Speaker, Whereas, Paul Johnson was born on September 4, 
1925; and
  Whereas, Charlotte Johnson was born on July 29, 1925; and
  Whereas, both Paul and Charlotte Johnson are celebrating their 80th 
Birthdays, on this day, June 25, 2005; and
  Whereas, Paul and Charlotte Johnson have exemplified a love for each 
other, and must be commended on their upcoming 55th Anniversary on 
December 16, 2005.
  Therefore, I join with the residents of the entire 18th Congressional 
District of Ohio in congratulating Paul and Charlotte Johnson as they 
celebrate their 80th Birthdays.
