       H.R. 5387. A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social 
     Security Act to provide for an additional two-month period in 
     2006 for enrollments in the Medicare Advantage plans and for 
     the Medicare prescription drug benefit without any late 
     enrollment penalty for months before the end of such two-
     month period; to the Committee on Ways and Means, and in 
     addition to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, for a 
     period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each 
     case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
     jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

     to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case 
     for consideration of such provisions as fall within the

     and Urban Development to coordinate Federal housing

     and Infrastructure, for a period to be subsequently 
     determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of

     Determination and Education Assistance Act to a specific

       H.R. 5395. A bill to authorize the Secretary of the 
     Treasury to issue Energy Freedom Bonds to finance programs to 
     facilitate the research, development, and deployment of clean 
     renewable energy technologies; to the Committee on Ways and 
     Means.

       H.R. 5396. A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to 
     authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to employ 
     additional categories of mental health professionals; to the 
     Committee on Veterans' Affairs.
           By Ms. ROYBAL-ALLARD (for herself and Mr. Simpson):
       H.R. 5397. A bill to amend the Public Health Service Act to 
     establish grant programs to provide for education and 
     outreach on newborn screening and coordinated followup care 
     once newborn screening has been conducted, to reauthorize 
     programs under part A of title XI of such Act, and for other 
     purposes; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.

       H.R. 5398. A bill to amend the Clean Air Act to exclude 
     from the definition of renewable fuel any fuel that is 
     imported or derived from any matter that is imported; to the
