     making supplemental appropriations for job preservation and 
     creation, infrastructure investment, energy efficiency and 
     science, assistance to the unemployed, and State and local 
     fiscal stabilization, for the fiscal year ending September 
     30, 2009, and for other purposes (Rept. 111-4). Referred to 
     the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union.
       Ms. PINGREE of Maine: Committee on Rules. House Resolution 
     87. Resolution providing for consideration of the bill (S. 
     181) to amend title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 
     the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, and to 
     modify the operation of the Americans with Disabilities Act 
     of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, to clarify that a 
     discriminatory compensation decision or other practice that 
     is unlawful under such Acts occurs each time compensation is 
     paid pursuant to the discriminatory compensation decision or 
     other practice, and for other purposes (Rept. 111-5).

       Ms. SLAUGHTER: Committee on Rules. House Resolution 88. 
     Resolution providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 1) 
     making supplemental appropriations for job preservation and 
     creation, infrastructure investment, energy efficiency and 
     science, assistance to the unemployed, and State and local 
     fiscal stabilization, for the fiscal year ending September 
     30, 2009, and for other purposes (Rept. 111-6). Referred to

     bill to provide energy and commerce provisions of the
