  Mr. ADLER of New Jersey. Madam Speaker, I am pleased to have this 
opportunity to express my gratitude to Mr. Douglas J. Foley for his 
dedicated and tireless service with the East Dover Fire Company in Toms 
River, NJ.
  Mr. Foley has selflessly and bravely served the people of Toms River 
throughout his career and is retiring in January after a lifetime of 
service. After serving as vice-president of the company for the past 
eight years, he has made important improvements to the Fire Company and 
the safety of the town and its people.
  I would like to thank Mr. Foley for his exemplary service. Thank you 
for all you have done and I wish you a Happy Retirement.
