                         MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE

  At 10:03 a.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mr. Novotny, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bills, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       H.R. 1017. An act to amend the Department of Veterans 
     Affairs Health Care Programs Enhancement Act of 2001 and 
     title 38, United States Code, to require the provision of 
     chiropractic care and services to veterans at all Department 
     of Veterans Affairs medical centers and to expand access to 
     such care and services.
       H.R. 5330. An act to amend the Antitrust Criminal Penalty 
     Enhancement and Reform Act of 2004 to extend the operation of 
     such Act, and for other purposes.

  The message also announced that the House has agreed to the following 
concurrent resolutions, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       H. Con. Res. 137. Concurrent resolution expressing the 
     sense of the Congress that the lack of adequate housing must 
     be addressed as a barrier to effective HIV prevention, 
     treatment, and care, and that the United States should make a 
     commitment to providing adequate funding for developing 
     housing as a response to the AIDS pandemic.
       H. Con. Res. 278. Concurrent resolution expressing the 
     sense of Congress that a grateful Nation supports and salutes 
     Sons and Daughters in Touch on its 20th Anniversary that is 
     being held on Father's Day, 2010, at the Vietnam Veterans 
     Memorial in Washington, the District of Columbia.
