H.R. 5402. A bill to amend the Alaska Native Claims
Settlement Act to provide for equitable allotment of lands to

H.R. 5403. A bill to direct the Secretary of Defense to
temporarily adjust the reimbursement rates for TRICARE claims
in Alaska; to the Committee on Armed Services.

H.R. 5404. A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to
authorize space-available travel on military aircraft for a
member or former member of a reserve component who is
eligible for retired pay but for age and for dependents of
the member who accompany the retiree; to the Committee on
Armed Services.

H.R. 5405. A bill to provide for a visitor center for
visitors to Yosemite National Park, and for other purposes;
to the Committee on Natural Resources.

H.R. 5406. A bill to establish the Corporate Subsidy Reform
Commission to review and identify inequitable Federal
subsidies and make recommendations for termination,
modification, or retention of such subsidies, and to state
the sense of the Congress that the Congress should promptly
consider legislation that would make the changes in law
necessary to implement the recommendations; to the Committee
on Oversight and Government Reform, and in addition to the
Committee on Ways and Means, for a period to be subsequently
determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of
such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the
committee concerned.

Commission to review and identify unnecessary Federal
programs and make recommendations for termination,
