to extend beyond 11:30 a.m.), Senate will begin consideration of the 
nominations of Tanya Walton Pratt, of Indiana, to be United States 
District Judge for the Southern District of Indiana, Brian Anthony 
Jackson, of Louisiana, to be United States District Judge for the 
Middle District of Louisiana, and Elizabeth Erny Foote, of Louisiana, 
to be United States District Judge for the Western District of 
Louisiana, and after a period of debate, vote on confirmation thereon 
at approximately 11:50 a.m.; following the recess, Senate will continue 
consideration of the House Message to accompany H.R. 4213, American 
Jobs and Closing Tax Loopholes Act.
  (Following disposition of the nominations, Senate will recess until 
2:15 p.m. for their respective party conferences.)
