                            RESEARCH NOW ACT

  The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mrs. Dahlkemper). The unfinished business is 
the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 
3470) to authorize funding for the creation and implementation of 
infant mortality pilot programs in standard metropolitan statistical 
areas with high rates of infant mortality, and for other purposes, as 
amended, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
