SEC. 2. PURPOSE.
The purpose of this Act is to make improvements in the enactment of
title 41, United States Code, into a positive law title and to improve
the Code.
SEC. 3. TITLE 2, UNITED STATES CODE.
(1) Section 117 of Public Law 97-51 (2 U.S.C. 61f-8) is amended by
striking ``section 5'' and substituting ``section 6101''.
(2) Section 195(b) of the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1985 (2
U.S.C. 61g-7(b)) is amended by striking ``section 5 of title 41'' and
substituting ``section 6101 of title 41, United States Code,''.
(3) Section 202(i)(2) of the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946
(2 U.S.C. 72a(i)(2)) is amended by striking ``section 3709 of the
Revised Statutes (41 U.S.C. 5)'' and substituting ``section 6101 of
title 41, United States Code,''.
(4) Section 1 of the Act of March 3, 1931 (2 U.S.C. 135a), is amended
