     specialty drug tier to the dollar amount (or its equivalent) 
     of such requirements applicable to prescription drugs in a 
     non-preferred brand drug tier, and for other purposes; to the 
     Committee on Energy and Commerce.

     through bonding to empower States to undertake significant 
     residential and commercial structure demolition projects in 
     urban and other targeted areas, and for other purposes; to 
     the Committee on Ways and Means, and in addition to the 
     Committee on Financial Services, for a period to be 
     subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
     consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
     jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

       H.R. 4211. A bill to prohibit the drawdown of petroleum 
     from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve unless the President has

     Transportation and Infrastructure, for a period to be 
     subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
     consideration of such provisions as fall within the

     require judges of the United States Court of Appeals for 
     Veterans Claims to reside within fifty miles of the District
