Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Renewable Fuel Standard Elimination Act''. SEC. 2. REPEAL OF RENEWABLE FUEL PROGRAM. Section 211(o) of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7545(o)) is repealed. <all>
