Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Stop Wasting Archive Grants Act of 2013''. SEC. 2. REPEAL OF NATIONAL HISTORICAL PUBLICATIONS AND RECORDS COMMISSION. (a) Repeal.--Chapter 25 of title 44, United States Code, is repealed. (b) Clerical Amendment.--The table of sections at the beginning of such chapter is repealed. <all>
