For purposes of the preceding sentence, the terms <term>qualified service</term>, <term>bona fide volunteer</term>, and <term>eligible employer</term> shall have the respective meanings given such terms under section 457(e).</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection><subsection id="H58C3294C1C0C49A6AB28FE0729826179"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective date</header><text>The amendments made by this section shall apply to months beginning after December 31, 2013.</text></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
