RESIGNATIONS AS MEMBER OF COMMITTEE ON NATURAL RESOURCES AND COMMITTEE 
                          ON HOMELAND SECURITY

  The SPEAKER pro tempore laid before the House the following 
resignations as a member of the Committee on Natural Resources and the 
Committee on Homeland Security:

       Dear Speaker Boehner, I am writing to step down from my 
     current assignments on the House Natural Resources Committee 
     and the House Homeland Security Committee, allowing me to 
     fill the current vacancy on the House Financial Services 
     Committee.
       It has been an honor to serve on both of these committees, 
     and I look forward to continuing my work on behalf of the 
     people of Nevada's 4th Congressional District.
