  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the Rogoff nomination.
  The assistant bill clerk read the nomination of Peter M. Rogoff, of 
Virginia, to be Under Secretary of Transportation for Policy.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and 
consent to the nomination of Peter M. Rogoff, of Virginia, to be Under 
Secretary of Transportation for Policy?
  The nomination was confirmed.
