                         E-WARRANTY ACT OF 2015

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, proceedings 
will resume on the motion to suspend the rules previously postponed.
  The unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the 
rules and pass the bill (S. 1359), on which the yeas and nays were 
ordered.

  So (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and 
the bill was passed.
  The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
  A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.

  Mr. GUTIERREZ. Madam Speaker, I was unavoidably absent in the House 
chamber for votes on Tuesday, September 8, 2015. Had I been present, I 
would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall vote 490 in support of the E-
Warranty Act of 2015.
  Mr. TIBERI. Madam Speaker, on rollcall No. 490 (On Motion to Suspend 
the Rules and Pass S. 1359), I was unavoidably detained and did not 
cast my vote. Had I been present, I would have voted, ``yea'' on this 
vote.
  Mr. HULTGREN. Madam Speaker, on rollcall No. 490, I was unavoidably 
detained (delayed flight--weather). Had I been present, I would have 
voted ``yes.''
  Mr. LOUDERMILK. Madam Speaker, on rollcall No. 490, I was unavoidably 
detained. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yes.''
