                ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2015

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m., 
Wednesday, September 16; that following the prayer and pledge, the 
morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved 
to date, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use 
later in the day; that following leader remarks, the Senate be in a 
period of morning business for 1 hour, with Senators permitted to speak 
therein, and that the majority control the first half and the Democrats 
control the final half; that following morning business, the Senate 
then resume consideration of H.J. Res. 61, with the time until 12:30 
p.m. equally divided between the two leaders or their designees; 
further, that the Senate recess from 12:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. to allow 
for the weekly conference meetings; finally, that the filing deadline 
for all first-degree amendments be at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow.
