           EASTERN NEVADA LAND IMPLEMENTATION IMPROVEMENT ACT

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the 
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 1815) to facilitate 
certain pinyon-juniper related projects in Lincoln County, Nevada, to 
modify the boundaries of certain wilderness areas in the State of 
Nevada, and to provide for the implementation of a conservation plan 
for the Virgin River, Nevada, as amended, on which the yeas and nays 
were ordered.
  The Clerk read the title of the bill.
