Mr. THOMPSON of Mississippi. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor a
remarkable student, Ms. Kasprina Moton.
Ms. Moton is going to pharmacy school at Xavier University, and her
plan is to come back to Mississippi to serve the under served and
minorities that cannot afford their medical treatments and medications.
She has participated in various activities throughout the state of
Mississippi. She is a 2006 graduate from Gentry High School in the top
10 percent of her class. She graduated from Jackson State University
with a 3.7 GPA with a Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry. She graduated
from Ole Miss Medical Center Pharmacy Tech program in the top 5 percent

won the Leadership scholarship of the Boys and Girls club in Jackson,
Mississippi.
Mr. Speaker, I ask my colleagues to join me in recognizing Ms.
Kasprina Moton for her dedication to serving others and giving back to
the community.
