 <section id="HD7F4D139E7BD4815AAF15911E4DD4510" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Stopping Abusive Female Exploitation Act</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>SAFE Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H74D72072C2D34983A9C602A0F58BD95C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Increased penalty for female genital mutilation</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 116 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>5 years</quote> each place it appears and inserting <quote>15 years</quote>.</text>
 </section><section id="H2BDB03A8A761480189E510297CD93D37"><enum>3.</enum><header>Sense of Congress</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">It is the sense of Congress that States should have in place laws that require health care professionals, teachers, and other school employees to report to local law enforcement agencies any instance of suspected female genital mutilation.</text>
