		<section id="HE5B59FCF4EBB4B29B29278893CFA77C0" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Fees for Medical Services</header>
 <subsection id="HF21025968A814C8CB900CA297DF9367D"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Fees authorized</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary may establish and collect fees for medical services provided to persons in units of the National Park System or for medical services provided by National Park Service personnel outside units of the National Park System.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="H4526FAAF841A4B23AA8569A1F2FA7AB8"><enum>(b)</enum><header>National Park Medical Services Fund</header><text>There is hereby established in the Treasury a fund to be known as the <quote>National Park Medical Services Fund</quote>. The Fund shall consist of—</text> <paragraph id="H5646CB1B0CB94BA689D213FA0469F001"><enum>(1)</enum><text>donations to the Fund; and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="H45F136DB7C3A4807BD4C7901032D5C48"><enum>(2)</enum><text>fees collected under subsection (a).</text> </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H29D04E6747A5429EB1962A7CE2E1D5A1"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Availability of amounts</header><text>All amounts deposited into the Fund shall be available to the Secretary, to the extent provided in advance by Acts of appropriation, for the following in units of the National Park System:</text>
 <paragraph id="HE3EA784333C64F4082115C87D936E19A"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Services listed in subsection (a).</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="H3C5CCC507D124402869AAF7A48A37B35"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Preparing needs assessments or other programmatic analyses for medical facilities, equipment, vehicles, and other needs and costs of providing services listed in subsection (a).</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="H1123D5730F44423A97C54C87A14D31CB"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Developing management plans for medical facilities, equipment, vehicles, and other needs and costs of services listed in subsection (a).</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="H6236F408791641508E7CBA345A3E4FC5"><enum>(4)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Training related to providing services listed in subsection (a).</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="HE7AB91426F6A4F828384142F5A6BB5BA"><enum>(5)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Obtaining or improving medical facilities, equipment, vehicles, and other needs and costs of providing services listed in subsection (a).</text>
 </paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HE737F8CE856C45E29C2D94906E7301B8"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>For the purposes of this section:</text> <paragraph id="HF34383E809994010B249D5F913CC629E"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Fund</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term <quote>Fund</quote> means the National Park Medical Services Fund established by subsection (b).</text>
