			 or conviction of certain foreign nationals who have committed genocide or

 <section id="HB355187ACAF943178D04CB1878947F62" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>War Crimes Rewards Expansion Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H27D753CBC912465EA98970335BD28084"><enum>2.</enum><header>Department of State rewards program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Paragraph (10) of section 36(b) of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/2708">22 U.S.C. 2708(b)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>defined under the statute of such tribunal.</quote> and inserting the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="H33CC15A0102343CAA483615582B8D602" style="OLC">
 <text>defined—</text><subparagraph id="HF6000596F45A4721B587FDDA395BA0E5"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">under the statute of such country or tribunal, as the case may be; or</text> </subparagraph><subparagraph id="H6F7E800B597E4D2FA7C3B79A905DC35B"><enum>(B)</enum><text>under United States law;</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
