 <section id="H83A274877C4F448FAA4AD8BD914F7869" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Combat Online Predators Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="HCBA02EE9A23E4AEF8733A31814FC43FC"><enum>2.</enum><header>Enhanced penalty for stalkers of children</header> <subsection id="HE7B3F3BBE0DA4B0DA94AB4EA743FE57B"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/18/110A">Chapter 110A</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after section 2261A the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H9FD6201FCF4145E6AEF9AEE0A19417E6" style="USC">
 <section id="H041D703C0FEF4DBDB824A631A15246E0"><enum>2261B.</enum><header>Enhanced penalty for stalkers of children</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">If the victim of an offense under section 2261A is under the age of 18 years, the maximum imprisonment for the offense is 5 years greater than the maximum term of imprisonment otherwise provided for that offense in section 2261.</text></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
 </subsection><subsection id="H82FAC7A68A5E4484B1C2FA048F55109E"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical amendment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The table of sections at the beginning of <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/18/110A">chapter 110A</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after the item relating to <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/2261A">section 2261A</external-xref> the following new item:</text>

						<toc-entry level="section">2261B. Enhanced penalty for stalkers of children.</toc-entry></toc><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
 </subsection><subsection id="H9D9DA2AE2CAE484B99ACA05C3CD69A0D"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Conforming amendment</header><text>Section 2261(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting <quote>or section 2262B, as the case may be</quote> after <quote>provided in subsection (b)</quote>.</text> </subsection></section><section id="H5777BAE837294773BB7C614CDFB56FB0"><enum>3.</enum><header>Best practices regarding enforcement of anti-stalking laws to be included in annual report of the Attorney General</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In the annual report under section 529 of title 28, United States Code, the Attorney General shall—</text>
 <paragraph id="HC679F656441B40CE899EA2E2A20E087F"><enum>(1)</enum><text>include an evaluation of Federal, tribal, State, and local efforts to enforce laws relating to stalking; and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="HE8B6CE15C1554E31AA28AFAE8DF0D2C3"><enum>(2)</enum><text>identify and describe those elements of such efforts that constitute the best practices for the enforcement of such laws.</text>
