 <section id="H203BCE8E6913483E8D4BA69464261665" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Repeal of prohibition on certain alcohol manufacturing on Indian lands</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2141 of the Revised Statutes (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/25/251">25 U.S.C. 251</external-xref>) is repealed.</text> </section><section id="H66AEAC6E4E65422A8BFABCFC9B043FEA"><enum>2.</enum><header>No effect on taxation or State authority to regulate alcohol within State borders</header> <subsection id="HA390D60F9F63486CA1484F818240A822"><enum>(a)</enum><header>No effect on taxation</header><text>Nothing in section 1 or the repeal made by section 1 shall affect State or Federal taxation.</text>
 </subsection><subsection id="H673F174908F848329893BFA715F7B4B5"><enum>(b)</enum><header>State authority unaffected</header><text>Nothing in section 1 or the repeal made by section 1 shall diminish, enlarge, or otherwise affect a State’s authority to regulate the importation and sale of alcoholic beverages within its own borders, including State authority over the manufacture, distribution, transportation, or sale of intoxicating liquors.</text>
