Short title

This Act may be cited as the Federal Aviation Administration Veterans’ Preference Protection Act.

Application of veterans' preference to Federal Aviation Administration personnel management system

Section 40122(g)(2)(B) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— (1)by inserting “3304(f),” before “3308-3320”; and (2)by inserting “3330a, 3330b, 3330c, and 3330d,” before “relating”.
