			 commercial motor vehicle in committing a felony involving human
			 trafficking.</official-title></form>
	<legis-body>
 <section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Human Trafficking on Our Roads Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="idFAB6FCABB2214E9FA87D150B2B5C5831" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Lifetime disqualification without reinstatement</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 31310(d) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—</text>
 <paragraph id="id395393CCB6D04950890A5ED9DB6E7AA1"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in the heading, by striking <quote><header-in-text level="subsection" style="USC">Controlled substance violations</header-in-text></quote> and inserting <quote><header-in-text level="subsection" style="USC">Lifetime disqualification without reinstatement</header-in-text></quote>;</text> </paragraph><paragraph id="id7658A747B358408E90C950D07EAD4C9D"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking <quote>The Secretary</quote> and inserting <quote>(1) <header-in-text level="paragraph" style="USC">Controlled substance violations</header-in-text>.—The Secretary</quote>; and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="id695EAE2D3C2C48019BF7419D1FA8EF47"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id11BD18B37AEF4ECBBAC3D26062B22BDE" style="OLC"> <paragraph id="id561C453DA86649BCAD058DF875B8DCCE"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Human trafficking violations</header><text>The Secretary shall disqualify from operating a commercial motor vehicle for life an individual who uses a commercial motor vehicle in committing a felony involving an act or practice described in paragraph (9) of section 103 of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/7102">22 U.S.C. 7102(9)</external-xref>).</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section></legis-body><endorsement><action-date>August 3, 2017</action-date><action-desc>Reported without amendment</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
