 Emporia, Kansas.</official-title></form><legis-body display-enacting-clause="yes-display-enacting-clause" style="OLC"><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>National Memorial to Fallen Educators Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idFC70F688402748B38E4645F0F004D47E" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Designation</header><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id8597121a339742c8b1e6f2c31093fc33"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">In General</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The memorial to fallen educators located at the National Teachers Hall of Fame in Emporia, Kansas, is designated as the <quote>National Memorial to Fallen Educators</quote>.</text></subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id9447232b7b334c138d751d75bee2ed70"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Effect of Designation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The national memorial designated by this section is not a unit of the National Park System and the designation of the National Memorial to Fallen Educators shall not require or permit Federal funds to be expended for any purpose related to that national memorial.</text></subsection></section></legis-body><attestation><attestation-group><attestor display="no"></attestor><role>Speaker of the House of Representatives</role></attestation-group><attestation-group><attestor display="no"></attestor><role>Vice President of the United States and President of the Senate</role></attestation-group></attestation></bill>
