			 information technology, to amend the Carl Levin and Howard P. <quote>Buck</quote> McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 to extend the sunset relating to
			 the Federal Data Center Consolidation Initiative, and for other purposes.</official-title></form>

 <section id="H486E272C9D5A47CA96B06F1ED29804C1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>FITARA Enhancement Act of 2017</short-title></quote>.</text> </section><section id="H8E4CF5765AC243499A505A08C07E4E52" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Elimination of sunset relating to transparency and risk management of major information technology investments</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Subsection (c) of section 11302 of title 40, United States Code, is amended by striking the first paragraph (5).</text>
 </section><section id="H82D9E73FC2B84FEE8AA3CC24651C7097"><enum>3.</enum><header>Elimination of sunset relating to information technology portfolio, program, and resource reviews</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 11319 of title 40, United States Code, is amended—</text> <paragraph id="HC8A3CDF9188B4B719F95CAA87876FFD2"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating the second subsection (c) as subsection (d); and</text>
 </paragraph><paragraph id="HEFC21B9EC2304FFCAADBA620FD5CEBAF"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (d), as so redesignated, by striking paragraph (6).</text> </paragraph></section><section id="HE79B37B13C754EEA9F789A61A0BBD402"><enum>4.</enum><header>Extension of sunset relating to Federal Data Center Consolidation Initiative</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Subsection (e) of section 834 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. <quote>Buck</quote> McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/113/291">Public Law 113–291</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/44/3601">44 U.S.C. 3601</external-xref> note) is amended by striking <quote>2018</quote> and inserting <quote>2020</quote>.</text></section></legis-body><endorsement><action-date>May 10, 2018</action-date><action-desc>Reported without amendment</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
