 <section id="HD90BE6EB7A00427689D810215D8E0500" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Designation of State approving agencies for multi-State apprenticeship programs</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Subsection (c)(1) of section 3672 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>(1) In the case</quote> and all that follows through <quote>of all such programs.</quote> and inserting the following: “(1)(A) The State approving agency for a multi-State apprenticeship program is—</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HE947E22BEA7E47BB853F0BE097075F00" style="USC">
 <clause id="HC54955D697E04F5897C794247F971535" indent="up2"><enum>(i)</enum><text>for purposes of approval of the program, the State approving agency for the State in which the headquarters of the apprenticeship program is located; and</text>
 </clause><clause id="H7F3BA0B65419405E9C50ECA65575CA6C" indent="up2"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>for all other purposes, the State approving agency for the State in which the apprenticeship program takes place.</text>
 </clause><subparagraph id="H690D03CAF17E414F93A99FC524441C9C" indent="up2"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this paragraph, the term <term>multi-State apprenticeship program</term> means a non-Federal apprenticeship program operating in more than one State that meets the minimum national program standards, as developed by the Department of Labor.</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section></legis-body></bill>
