                   RISK-BASED CREDIT EXAMINATION ACT

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the 
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 3911) to amend the 
Securities Exchange Act of 1934 with respect to risk-based examinations 
of Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organizations on which the 
yeas and nays were ordered.
