                  In the Senate of the United States,

                                                     December 17, 2020.
    Resolved, That the bill from the House of Representatives (H.R. 
1923) entitled ``An Act to amend title 31, United States Code, to 
require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue certain 
circulating collectible coins, and for other purposes.'', do pass with 
the following

                               AMENDMENT:

            At the end, add the following:

SEC. 8. COST.

    No coin or medal minted and issued under this Act, or an amendment 
made by this Act, may be sold at a price such that would result in a 
net cost to the Federal Government.
