      To permanently authorize the National Advisory Committee on 
                  Institutional Quality and Integrity.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Reauthorization of the National 
Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity Act''.

SEC. 2. NATIONAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON INSTITUTIONAL QUALITY AND 
              INTEGRITY.

    Section 114 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1011c) 
is amended by striking subsection (f).
